Steve Culton, currentseams.com, will be teaching his Wet Flies for the Farmington at Legends BNB Lodge. Steve’s class will be a combination of tying instruction and suggestions on how to improve your fly fishing experience using wet flies. If time permits he will also share a few go to patterns for stripers.
Steve is an avid fly fisherman, guide and instructor. According to Steve; The Little Things is about “insignificant practices that can make a big difference in your fishing”. Steve’s work has appeared in Field and Stream, The American Angler, The Fly fish Journal, The Drake, Flyfishing and Tying Journal, Eastern Fly Fishing, Fly Rod and Reel online and the Mid Atlantic Fly Fishing Guide. He has also presented at a number of regional and national shows and most recently, at this years Marlborough MA. Fly Fishing show.
Steve is one of those guides/instructors that eats his own cooking and can guarantee the fish eat it too. He has mastered the art of designing, creating and presenting wet flies to many species of fish from trout to striped bass. When I said Steve eats his own cooking, I meant it; Steve successfully landed a striped bass every month of 2018 on one of his patterns. No he didn’t eat any of them – he released them all!

Cost:
$295.00 per person- single occupancy includes private room (2 night stay), all meals, tying class, tying materials and casting instruction for certain classes. Add a participating guest (sharing your room, all meals and classes incl.) for $159.00 or a non-participating guest (sharing your room, all meals incl.) $89.00.
All rooms are first come first served, rooms 1 & 3 offer queen bed, 2, 4 & 5 offer king or two twin XL’s, room six (suite) offers king bedroom and separate living room with two twin XL’s (two participant min).
